The Royal Castle is the first museum to reopen in Poland

The Royal Castle in Warsaw, Poland, was the first museum to open its doors since the nationwide ban of March 11. The institution is one of the major museums in Poland — for centuries, the castle served as the residency of the Polish monarchy, and it is famous today for being home to two Rembrandt paintings: Girl in a Picture Frame and A Scholar at his Writing Table.
